1. Explain what you do in your role with On Deck.

I support our sales, corporate, and technology teams with all of their hiring needs. I get to work with our most experienced employees in finding great people for our organization, as well as new employees to ensure they get off to a great start.

2. Why did you decide to join On Deck?

On Deck provided me an opportunity to contribute my years of recruiting experience in a fun, creative, dynamic, and fast environment.

3. In your opinion, what is the best part about working at On Deck?
